Contest Terms & Conditions: Guess the 2025 Benjamin Moore Colour of the Year
- Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, aged 18 or older, except for employees of Marquee Kitchen & Bath, Salmon Arm Paint Centre, Benjamin Moore, and their immediate families. Void where prohibited by law.
- How to Enter: Participants must submit their guess for the 2025 Benjamin Moore Colour of the Year. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries must be submitted online or at participating store locations by 11:59 PM on October 16th, 2024.
- Contest Period: The contest runs from [Start Date] to October 16th, 2024. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
- Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. In the event that no one guesses correctly, the winner will be selected from all entries. The draw will take place on October 17th, 2024.
- Prize: One (1) winner will receive a free can (3.79 L) of Benjamin Moore paint, valued at approximately $80. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, another winner will be selected.
- Use of Data: By entering the contest, participants consent to the use of their contact information for the purposes of contest administration. No personal information will be shared with third parties.
- Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Marquee Kitchen & Bath and Salmon Arm Paint Centre to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions: Marquee Kitchen & Bath reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest at its discretion for any reason. The company’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the contest.
